So how does screen printing done?
Here’s a short video of how we do it in Cape Town. This is a manual method that uses a custom-built table and customised screens. This is the only method that allows one to print as many colours as is needed and it’s also the cheapest way to grow your business as you don’t have to purchase expensive machinery when your workload increases. Other more expensive methods to screen print are automated printing machines and carousel machines.
We are currently doing some research to find the recipe for creating the best t shirt in the world which we will be selling in our brand new wholesale store (IA). Our online research has come up with very little info thus far as everyone talks about the printing (designs) and not the actual t shirts.
