This is our second job for Stellenbosch University’s Geology Department (see the first job here). These hoodies were developed from scratch in our LavaLab.

The specifications given were:

  • Unisex hoodies
  • luxurious 240 gram soft-touch fleece in red and black
  • lined hoods
  • hoods had to be larger that normal
  • drawstring waist
  • drawstring hood
  • kangaroo pocket
  • inset pen pocket with vertical zip
  • self fabric cuffs (ie. polar fleece cuffs)
  • branding on chest, sleeve and lower back

Ever since the UCT Easoc job we have had many requests for reflective silver prints. The silver print just adds another dimension if you want something to look “outstanding” when printing a 1 colour logo/image. These hoodies have been designed to give a tailored fit, making them ultra cool.  Simple, tailored with a good quality 230 gram fleece fabric, gives it a hip feel. The tailored arms also prevents the uncomfortable bulky feeling when wearing a jacket as another layer.
