The t shirts used were the KRTJ moisture management crew neck which are appropriate as they keep you cool and dry during heavy physical workouts.

What in fact is CMYK printing you may ask? It is the process whereby pictures are formed by printing four colours namely C= Cyan (blue), M = Magenta ( Pinkish), Y=yellow and K= Black. As seen blow:

In the screen printing process these colours are separated from the image that needs printing and each becomes a positive for a screen:

These colours are then skillfully printed one on top of the other to form the full picture.

Lesson over!

Anyway, did a job for Vibram Fivefingers® in CMYK.

See Below:

Once again, excuse the ugly pics. Anyone has an old digital camera of 6 mega pixels or higher to chuck this way. Just kidding, I’m too lazy to recharge my batteries.

As a screen printer in Cape Town , I must say that we are happy to be getting our quota from our surrounding shorelines. No we do not catch fish! We have been getting work from the guys who do. Tuna Torque are the guys who will find you the “latest listings of new and used boats for sale. Ranging from sportsfish boat, cruisers, sailing boats, barges and even ships”.

The Job entailed a 13 colour print on the front as a pocket size as seen below:

The Back had to be the same but scaled up to fill the whole back as shown here:

Then we had to do 2 CMYK prints on either sleeve which came out stunning:

We ran about 2 days late, for the first time in history, but we had to make sure that these prints were flawless.

PS. Sorry for the poor quality pics (my Samsung black jack)

Well our organic finally here but they are flying. We started off with a thousand units and already somebody has snatched up 250 of them. Ever since our post at the beginning of the year “Here’s to an eco-friendly 2008!” , we’ve getting requests for these t shirts. I’m glad that we’ve gotten to this point and hopefully the demand will be great.T shirt designs by speak out shirts
